Siliniskiai Observation Tower stands in Aukstaitija National Park – the oldest national park in Lithuania, established in 1974. From the 36-meter tower, a wide view opens onto the Aukstaitija lake landscape – Lake Baluosas, Lake Lusiai, and dense forests are visible. The national park is famous for its abundance of lakes – it contains more than 100 lakes. The tower is popular among tourists exploring the park on foot or by bicycle. Nearby are ancient villages with traditional wooden architecture and apiaries.
