Pakruojis Manor is the largest surviving manor complex in Lithuania, with a history dating back to the 18th century. The complex comprises over 40 buildings, including the manor house, outbuildings, stables, a forge, a mill, and a synagogue. In the 19th century, the manor was owned by the German-origin barons von Römer, who shaped the current appearance of the ensemble. The manor park features rare trees, fountains, and a sculpture alley. Today the manor operates as a hotel and cultural center, hosting events, weddings, and tours. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Northern Lithuania.
