Silute Manor, also known as Hugo Scheu Manor, is one of the most prominent cultural heritage sites of Lithuania Minor. The manor was established in the late 19th century by German-origin businessman Hugo Scheu, who actively contributed to the development of Silute. The manor house was built in the Historicist style, surrounded by a landscape park with rare trees and flower beds. The manor housed art collections and a library. Today, the manor operates as the Silute Hugo Scheu Museum, exhibiting the history, culture, and ethnography of the Klaipeda region. The manor park is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained in the Seaside area.
